Abstract
A light-emitting device includes a light-emitting element having a first electrode and a second electrode, a carrier, a first contact and a second contact. The first contact is arranged on the carrier and is electrically connected to the first electrode. The second contact is arranged on the carrier and is electrically connected to the second electrode. The first contact has a contour similar with that of the first electrode. The second contact has a contour similar with that of the second electrode.
Claims20
A light-emitting device, comprising:
- a light-emitting element, comprising a first electrode and a second electrode;
- a carrier;
- a first contact arranged on the carrier and electrically connected to the first electrode;
- and
- a second contact arranged on the carrier and electrically connected to the second electrode,
- wherein the first contact has a contour similar with that of the first electrode, and the second contact has a contour similar with that of the second electrode.
A light-emitting device, comprising:
- a light-emitting element comprising:
- a first electrode having a first contour;
- and
- a second electrode surrounded by the first electrode and having a second contour different from the first contour;
- a carrier;
- a first contact formed on the carrier and electrically connected to the first electrode;
- and
- a second contact formed on the carrier and electrically connected to the second electrode,
- wherein the second contact has a third contour.
A light-emitting device, comprising:
- a light-emitting element comprising a first electrode having a first contour, a second electrode being surrounded by the first electrode and having a second contour, and a first insulation portion arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode and having a fourth contour;
- a carrier;
- a first contact formed on the carrier and electrically connected to the first electrode;
- and
- a second contact formed on the carrier and electrically connected to the second electrode,
- wherein the second contact has a third contour having a dimension not larger than a dimension of the fourth contour.
