Information collection system and information collection apparatus

An information collection system comprising an autonomous mobile object that moves autonomously on the basis of an operation command and a server apparatus,

• the autonomous mobile object comprising:
• a driving information acquirer configured to acquire driving information relating to a state of driving of a nearby vehicle, which is defined as a vehicle present in the vicinity of the autonomous mobile object;
• an image acquirer configured to capture an image of an environment of the autonomous mobile object;
• a detector configured to detect a traffic violation by the nearby vehicle on the basis of the driving information acquired by the driving information acquirer;
• and
• a controller configured to send violation information relating to the traffic violation detected by the detector to the server apparatus, and
• the server apparatus comprising:
• a commander configured to send the operation command to the autonomous mobile object;
• and
• a first storage unit configured to receive the violation information from the autonomous mobile object and store it,
• wherein when the traffic violation is detected by the detector, the controller sends a captured image relating to a violator's vehicle acquired by the image acquirer and the driving information about the violator's vehicle acquired by the driving information acquirer to the server apparatus as the violation information.
