Systems and Methods for Providing Services Related to Access Points for Network Transactions

A system for facilitating payment account transactions through a virtual terminal assigned to a property, the system comprising:

• a virtual terminal associated with a property in an augmented reality environment, the virtual terminal configured to facilitate payment account transactions between a user associated with the property and at least one initiating user;
• and
• a computing device associated with the virtual terminal, the computing device having a processor configured to:
• assign the virtual terminal to the property;
• activate the virtual terminal for a payment account associated with the user;
• solicit transaction details from the initiating user for a payment account transaction between a payment account associated with the initiating user and the payment account of the user through the virtual terminal in the augmented reality environment, when the initiating user is present at the property;
• and
• initiate the payment account transaction based on the transaction details received from the initiating user and the payment account associated with the user, whereby funds are transferred between the payment account of the initiating user and the payment account of the user when the payment account transaction is approved.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage media comprising executable instructions that, when executed by at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to:

• assign a virtual terminal to a property, the property associated with a user;
• activate the virtual terminal for a payment account associated with the user;
• solicit transaction details from an initiating user located at the property for a transaction between the initiating user and the user through the virtual terminal in an augmented reality environment;
• compile a request for the transaction based on the transaction details and a payment account associated with the user and transmit the request to a payment network associated with the payment account for approval or decline, whereby funds are transferred between a payment account associated with the initiating user and the payment account associated with the user when the request is approved.
