• accessing a candidate stream definition comprising a hiring organization and a role;
• accessing, based on the candidate stream definition, one or more stream-related information sources;
• extracting one or more attributes from the one or more stream-related information sources;
• identifying one or more similar organizations based on the one or more attributes, the role, and features of the hiring organization;
• accessing historical data regarding hiring patterns at the one or more similar organizations for the role;
