Abstract
A computer-implemented distributed data processing method for a software application that includes no code that targets a distributed data processing system, the method comprising: executing a software application that has been designed with a single-node operation to operate in a distributed fashion by automatically arranging for components of the software application to execute across a plurality of nodes.
Claims20
A computer-implemented distributed data processing method for a software application that includes no code that targets a distributed data processing system, the method comprising:
- executing a software application that has been designed with a single-node operation to operate in a distributed fashion by automatically arranging for components of the software application to execute across a plurality of nodes.
A computer program product for distributed data processing for a software application that includes no code that targets a distributed data processing system, the computer program product comprising a computer-readable storage medium having program instructions embodied therewith, the program instructions executable by a computer to cause the computer to perform:
- executing a software application that has been designed with a single-node operation to operate in a distributed fashion by automatically arranging for components of the software application to execute across a plurality of nodes.
A distributed data processing system for a software application that includes no code that targets a distributed data processing system, said system comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a memory, the memory storing instructions to cause the processor to perform:
- executing a software application that has been designed with a single-node operation to operate in a distributed fashion by automatically arranging for components of the software application to execute across a plurality of multiple nodes.
