The present specification relates to an optical film including a transparent base; an anti-static primer layer provided on at least one surface of the transparent base, and including a binder resin including a sulfonic acid polyester acryl-based resin and an anti-static material; and a surface treatment coating layer provided on the anti-static primer layer, and a polarizing plate including the same.

An optical film comprising:
- a transparent base;
- an anti-static primer layer provided on at least one surface of the transparent base, and including a binder resin including a sulfonic acid polyester acryl-based resin, and an anti-static material;
- and
- a surface treatment coating layer provided on the anti-static primer layer.
