Semiconductor device

A semiconductor device comprising:

• a temperature measurement unit measuring the temperature of a battery cell;
• a voltage measurement unit measuring the voltage of the battery cell;
• an electric current measurement unit measuring an electric current supplied from the battery cell;
• and
• a control unit,
• wherein the control unit measures the charging rate of the battery cell based on the voltage, measures the internal resistance of the battery cell based on the voltage and the electric current, and records the measured internal resistance into an internal resistance management table including a temperature recording axis and a charging rate recording axis based on the temperature and the charging rate during measurement, and when the internal resistance at the same temperature and the same charging rate is measured again, the control unit compares the measured internal resistance with the corresponding internal resistance recorded into the internal resistance management table to perform the determination process of whether the battery cell is a non-authenticated product.
