A solid diagnostic product comprising reagents necessary for the detection of a target of interest.
A kit for diagnosis of a condition produced by a pathogen, the kit comprising:
- (a) a first solid diagnostic product comprising reagents for amplifying a DNA sequence characteristic of the pathogen,
- (b) a second solid diagnostic product comprising quantum dot barcodes conjugated to a capture probe having affinity for the same DNA sequence of the pathogen, and
- (c) a third solid diagnostic product comprising a labelled reporter probe having affinity for the same DNA sequence of the pathogen.
