Abstract
Provided herein are chimeric antigen receptors that binds specifically to B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and CD307e, nucleic acids that encode these chimeric antigen receptors, and methods of making and using these chimeric antigen receptors.
Claims30
A chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) comprising:
- a first antigen-binding domain that binds specifically to B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA);
- a second antigen-binding domain that binds specifically to CD307e;
- a transmembrane domain;
- a co-stimulatory domain;
- and
- an intracellular signaling domain.
