Abstract
The present disclosure provides anti-nucleolin antibodies, methods of producing anti-nucleolin antibodies, and cells producing anti-nucleolin antibodies. Also provided are methods of using anti-nucleolin antibodies in treating malignant and non-malignant diseases.

An isolated antibody or fragment thereof, wherein the isolated antibody or fragment thereof binds to human nucleolin and comprises:
- a heavy chain CDR1 having at least 60% sequence identity to amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:42;
- a heavy chain CDR2 having at least 60% sequence identity to amino acid sequence YIS;
- a heavy chain CDR3 having an amino acid sequence that comprises DM;
- a light chain CDR1 having at least 60% sequence identity to amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:65;
- a light chain CDR2 having at least 60% sequence identity to amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:54;
- or
- a light chain CDR3 having at least 60% sequence identity to amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:66.
An isolated antibody or fragment thereof, wherein the isolated antibody or fragment thereof binds to human nucleolin and comprises:
- a heavy chain CDR1 having at least 60% sequence identity to an amino acid sequence selected from SEQ ID NOS. 24 to 26;
- a heavy chain CDR2 having at least 60% sequence identity to an amino acid sequence selected from YIS or SEQ ID NOS. 30 to 32;
- a heavy chain CDR3 having at least 60% sequence identity to an amino acid sequence selected from SEQ ID NOS. 37 to 39;
- a light chain CDR1 having at least 60% sequence identity to an amino acid sequence selected from SEQ ID NOS. 46 to 48;
- a light chain CDR2 having at least 60% sequence identity to an amino acid sequence selected from SEQ ID NOS. 52 to 54;
- or
- a light chain CDR3 having at least 60% sequence identity to an amino acid sequence selected from SEQ ID NOS. 58 to 61.
An isolated antibody or fragment thereof, wherein the isolated antibody or fragment thereof binds to human nucleolin and comprises:
- a heavy chain variable region (VH) that has at least 60% sequence identity to amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:3;
- and a light chain variable region (VL) that has at least 60% sequence identity to amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:12.
An isolated antibody or fragment thereof, wherein the isolated antibody or fragment thereof binds to human nucleolin and comprises:
- a heavy chain that has at least 60% sequence identity to amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:2 or SEQ ID NO:14;
- and a light chain that has at least 60% sequence identity to amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:11.
An isolated antibody or fragment thereof, wherein the isolated antibody or fragment thereof binds to human nucleolin and comprises:
- a heavy chain CDR1 having at least 60% sequence identity to amino acid sequence DYF;
- a heavy chain CDR2 having at least 60% sequence identity to amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:74;
- a heavy chain CDR3 having an amino acid sequence that comprises AR or having at least 60% sequence identity to amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:77;
- a light chain CDR1 having at least 60% sequence identity to amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:84;
- a light chain CDR2 having at least 60% sequence identity to amino acid sequence NVS;
- or

An isolated anti-nucleolin antibody or fragment thereof that binds to amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:21.
A recombinant mammalian cell line, wherein the recombinant mammalian cell line comprises one or more cells that comprise a first nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 and a second nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:10.
