Abstract
The present invention relates to methods and compositions for modulating T cells. The modulation includes suppressing or inducing regulatory T cells or cytotoxic T cells.
Claims44
A heterodimeric antibody comprising:
- a) a first monomer comprising:
- i) a first IgG Fc domain;
- and
- ii) and a first antigen binding domain that binds a first regulatory T cell (Treg) marker, said first antigen binding domain comprising a heavy chain variable domain and a light chain variable domain;
- and
- b) a second monomer comprising:
- i) a second IgG Fc domain;
- and
- ii) a second antigen binding domain comprising a single chain Fv (scFv) region that binds a second regulatory T cell (Treg) marker,
- wherein the first and second regulatory Treg marker is selected from the group consisting of CD4 and CD25;
- CCR4 and CD25;
- CTLA-4 and CD25;
- and CTLA-4 and CCR4, respectively.
