Abstract
The present invention relates to antibody molecules and functional fragments thereof, capable of binding to tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα), to processes for their production, and to their therapeutic uses.
Claims17
An antibody or a functional fragment thereof capable of binding to human tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα), wherein said antibody or functional fragment comprises:
- i. a VL domain comprising a CDR1 region having the amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:
- 1, a CDR2 region having the amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:2, and a CDR3 region having the amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:3, and
- ii. a VH domain comprising a CDR1 region having the amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:4, a CDR2 region having an amino acid sequence in accordance with the amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:5, and a CDR3 region having the amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:6.
