A compound of Formula I:

• wherein,
• R is, independently in each instance, a group A or a primary or secondary, linear or branched C8-20alkyl group;
• and
• A is a primary, secondary, or tertiary, linear or branched C2-10alkylene group derived from a glycol (e.g. 1,2-diol or a 1,3-diol), wherein said alkylene group links at least two compounds of Formula I.
