- wherein
- Q is an optionally substituted nitrogenous aliphatic monocycle, bicycle or spirocycle attached to L1 at a nitrogen, wherein substituents, when present, are chosen from halogen, hydroxy, (C1-C6)alkyl, (C1-C6)alkoxy, and oxo;
- RA is an optionally substituted monocyclic or bicyclic carbocycle or heterocycle wherein substituents, when present, are chosen from halogen, cyano, hydroxy, (C1-C6)alkyl, (C1-C6)alkoxy, (C1-C6)oxaalkyl, oxo, phenyl, halophenyl, phenoxymethyl, benzyl, amino(C1-C6)oxaalkyl, di(C1-C6)alkylamino, di(C1-C6)alkylamino(C1-C6)alkyl, (C1-C6)acyl, and N-acetamido;
- L1 is a linker chosen from:
- —(CHR1)—, —(CH2CHR1)—, —C(═O)CH2—, -E-(CH2)n—, -G-CH2CH(OH)CH2—, —OCH2C(═O)—, and —C(═O)NHCH2—,
- wherein R1 is hydrogen or methyl;
- E is chosen from —O—, —CH2—, —CH(OH)—, and —CH(OCH3)—;
- n is 2 or 3;
- and
- G is —O— or —NH—;
- L2 is a linker chosen from:
- a direct bond;
- —O—, —CH2—, —OCH2—, and —NHSO2—;
- and
- RB is an optionally substituted aromatic carbocycle or heterocycle wherein substituents, when present, are chosen from halogen, cyano, (C1-C6)alkyl, (C1-C6)alkoxy, (C1-C6)oxaalkyl, —C(═O)NH2, and di(C1-C6)alkylamino;
- or
- when Q is a spirocycle, RB may additionally be an optionally substituted, fused aromatic or heteroaromatic ring.
