Abstract
A vehicle can include: a sensing device configured to acquire driving information of the vehicle; and a controller configured to determine whether a current driving mode of the vehicle is changeable based on the driving information, to identify a driving mode among a plurality of driving modes which corresponds to the driving information upon determining that the current driving mode is changeable, and to control an operation of the vehicle so as to change the current driving mode to the identified driving mode.
Claims20
A vehicle comprising:
- a sensing device configured to acquire driving information of the vehicle;
- and
- a controller configured to determine whether a current driving mode of the vehicle is changeable based on the driving information, to identify a driving mode among a plurality of driving modes which corresponds to the driving information upon determining that the current driving mode is changeable, and to control an operation of the vehicle so as to change the current driving mode to the identified driving mode.
A method of controlling a vehicle, the method comprising:
- acquiring, using a sensing device, driving information of the vehicle;
- determining, by a controller, whether a current driving mode of the vehicle is changeable based on the driving information;
- identifying, by the controller, a driving mode among a plurality of driving modes which corresponds to the driving information upon determining that the current driving mode is changeable;
- and
- controlling, by the controller, an operation of the vehicle so as to change the current driving mode of the vehicle to the identified driving mode.
