A wheel shape follow-up burr brushing device, being composed of a frame, lower guide posts, lower cylinders, a first lifting table, a first servo motor, a bearing seat, a shaft, a lower rotating table, back cavity brush adjustment cylinders, a fixed plate, a left support plate, a fixed guidance key, I-shaped sliding blocks, brushes, a right support plate, a concave block, movable guidance keys, an angle adjustment cylinder, an upright post, a turning plate, a guide rail, an adjustment cylinder, an adjustment sliding block, a second servo motor, a support plate, positioning guide rails, a positioning clamping cylinder, a left sliding plate, a right sliding plate, a gear rack, clamping wheel drive motors, clamping wheels, upper cylinders, upper guide posts, a second lifting table, a third servo motor, an upper rotating table, sliding blocks, front brush adjustment cylinders and a center brush adjustment cylinder;

• wherein:
• the output ends of the back cavity brush adjustment cylinders numbered A, C and E from the left are connected with the I-shaped sliding blocks, the output ends of the back cavity brush adjustment cylinders numbered B, D and F from the left being connected with the movable guidance keys, and grooves of the I-shaped sliding blocks being matched with the movable guidance keys;
• the left support plate being fixed on the lower rotating table, the fixed guidance key being fixed on the left support plate, and the leftmost I-shaped sliding block being matched with the fixed guidance key;
• the right support plate being fixed on the lower rotating table, the concave block being fixed on the right support plate, and the rightmost movable guidance key being matched with the concave block;
• the six front brush adjustment cylinders being mounted on the upper rotating table, wherein three of them are mounted on the left side of the upper rotating table, the other three being mounted on the right side of the upper rotating table, the output ends of the front brush adjustment cylinders are connected with the sliding blocks, the sliding blocks being matched with a slide way in the upper rotating table, and a brush being mounted on each sliding block;
• and when the third servo motor drives the upper rotating table to rotate, the right three brushes are equivalent to being mirrored to the left side and are connected with the left three brushes to form a closely connected integral brush.
