## Abstract

The present invention is designed to communicate using data channel multiplexing methods that are suitable for the DL and/or the UL in future radio communication systems. According to the present invention, a user terminal has a transmitting/receiving section that transmits and/or receives a control channel, which is mapped to a candidate resource in a search space, and a data channel, which is at least time-division-multiplexed with the control channel, and a control section that controls transmission and/or receipt of the data channel based on at least one candidate resource in the search space.

## Claims

### Claim at position 1

-6. (canceled)

### Claim 7

A user terminal comprising:
a receiving section that receives a downlink (DL) shared channel that is scheduled by a downlink (DL) control channel; and
a control section that, when the DL shared channel overlaps a candidate resource for the DL control channel, assumes that the DL shared channel is not mapped to the overlapping candidate resource in which the DL control channel is detected.

### Claim 8 (depends on 7)

The user terminal according to claim 7, wherein when the DL shared channel overlaps a candidate resource for the DL control channel, the control section assumes that the DL shared channel is mapped to the overlapping candidate resource in which the DL control channel is not detected.

### Claim 9

A radio communication method for a user terminal, comprising:
receiving a downlink (DL) shared channel that is scheduled by a DL control channel; and
when the DL shared channel overlaps a candidate resource for the DL control channel, assuming that the DL shared channel is not mapped to the overlapping candidate resource in which the DL control channel is detected.
