## Abstract

A user terminal that includes a receiver that receives a synchronization signal in accordance with timing information provided from a network and a processor that controls a measurement of a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS). The CSI-RS corresponds to the received synchronization signal, and is based on information about a time-frequency resource configuration and a scrambling ID of the CSI-RS provided from the network.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A user terminal comprising:
a receiver that receives a synchronization signal in accordance with timing information provided from a network; and
a processor that controls a measurement of a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS), corresponding to the received synchronization signal, based on information about a time-frequency resource configuration and a scrambling ID of the CSI-RS provided from the network.

### Claim 2

A radio communication method, for a user terminal, comprising:
receiving a synchronization signal in accordance with timing information provided from a network; and
controlling a measurement of a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS), corresponding to the received synchronization signal, based on information about a time-frequency resource configuration and a scrambling ID of the CSI-RS provided from the network.
