## Abstract

A fixture includes a housing having an output device, at least one sensor, and a projector for projecting image data. The fixture further includes a fixture computing system that is communicatively coupled to the output device, the sensor, and the projector and includes a processor, and non-transitory computer memory having programming for receiving information from the at least one sensor and causing the projector to project the image data.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A fixture system, comprising:
a fixture disposed at a location, comprising:
an input device; and
an output device;
a mobile device communicatively coupled to the fixture; and
a computing system, comprising programming for receiving information from the sensor and communicating with the mobile device, wherein the programming comprises instructions that, when activated by the processor, performs the following steps:
(a) determine, via the sensor, a first event at the location;
(b) send a first signal to the mobile device, the first signal being based on the first event; and
(c) activate the output device to output a second signal at the location, the second signal being based on the first event.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The fixture system of claim 1, wherein the fixture is configured as one of: a light, a speaker, a fan, and a smart glass display.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The fixture system of claim 3, wherein the output device is selected from the list consisting of: a projector, a speaker, a light a fragrance delivery system, a noise cancellation wave propagation system, and a radio frequency repeater.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The fixture system of claim 1, wherein the first alert and the second alert are not the same.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The fixture system of claim 1, further comprising a remote device communicatively coupled to the computing system, wherein the programming further comprises instructions that, when activated by the processor, perform the following steps:
(d) activate the remote device in response to the first event.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)

The fixture system of claim 6, wherein the programming further comprises instructions that, when activated by the processor, perform the following steps:
(e) determine a second event at the location; and
(f) deactivate the remote device in response to the second event.

### Claim 8 (depends on 7)

The fixture system of claim 7, wherein the instructions further perform:
(g) send a third signal to the mobile device, the third signal being based on the second event.

### Claim 9 (depends on 7)

The fixture system of claim 7, wherein the activation and deactivation of the remote device occurs automatically in response to the first and second events, respectively.

### Claim 10 (depends on 8)
