## Abstract

Disclosed are a method for transmitting and receiving a signal by a terminal and a base station and a device supporting same. More particularly, disclosed are a method for transmitting and receiving a signal by a base station or a terminal by means of applying a beam-forming method which varies for each predetermined resource region, and a device supporting same.

## Claims

### Claim at position 1

1-13. (canceled)

### Claim 14

A method of transmitting an uplink signal by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
obtaining first information related to at least one demodulation reference signal (DMRS) port index for a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH);
obtaining second information related to at least one resource among a plurality of resources in a DMRS transmission interval; and
transmitting the uplink signal comprising a PUSCH signal and the DMRS, based on the first and second information,
wherein frequency resources for the DMRS is determined based on the at least one DMRS port index, and
wherein resources for the PUSCH signal in the DMRS transmission interval is determined based on the second information.

### Claim 15 (depends on 14)

The method of claim 14,
wherein the PUSCH signal is transmitted on the at least one resource in the DMRS transmission interval,
wherein the PUSCH signal is not transmitted on remaining resource other than the at least one resource among the plurality of resources in the DMRS transmission interval.

### Claim 16 (depends on 14)

The method of claim 14, wherein the at least one resource is not scheduled for DMRS transmitted by at least one UE comprising the UE.

### Claim 17 (depends on 14)

The method of claim 14, wherein the first information and the second information is obtained via a downlink control information (DCI).

### Claim 18 (depends on 14)

The method of claim 14, wherein frequency resources for a respective DMRS port index is pre-configured.

### Claim 19 (depends on 14)

The method of claim 14, wherein the DMRS transmission interval has a length of one orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol.

### Claim 20
