## Abstract

A computer system can receive, from a mobile device of a user, a set of data that specifies a location of a second user as a destination location, wherein the second user is associated with a contact record. Subsequent to receiving the set of data, the computer system can receive, from a mobile device of the second user, location information indicating a current location of the second user, and configure the destination location of a service request of the user to correspond to the current location of the second user. The computer system may then transmit, to a mobile device of a service provider assigned to fulfill the service request, a second set of data associated with the service request, the second set of data including location data corresponding to a pick-up location of the user and location data corresponding to the configured destination location.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A computer system comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the computer system to:
receive, from a mobile device of a user, a set of data that specifies a location of a second user as a destination location, wherein the second user is associated with a contact record;
subsequent to receiving the set of data, receive, from a mobile device of the second user, location information indicating a current location of the second user;
configure the destination location of a service request of the user to correspond to the current location of the second user; and
transmit, to a mobile device of a service provider assigned to fulfill the service request, a second set of data associated with the service request, the second set of data including location data corresponding to a pick-up location of the user and location data corresponding to the configured destination location.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The computer system of claim 1, wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, further cause the computer system to:
transmit an authorization request to the mobile device of the second user, wherein the executed instructions cause the computer system to configure the destination location of the service request in response to receiving authorization from the mobile device of the second user.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

The computer system of claim 2, wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, further cause the computer system to:
based at least on the location information received from the mobile device of the second user, determine a service parameter for the service request, the service parameter being related to at least the current location of the second user.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The computer system of claim 3, wherein the service parameter is determined in response to receiving authorization from the mobile device of the second user.

### Claim 5 (depends on 3)

The computer system of claim 3, wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the computer system to determine the service parameter before receiving authorization from the mobile device of the second user.

### Claim 6 (depends on 3)

The computer system of claim 3, wherein the service parameter is time-dependent and includes an estimated duration for the service provider to arrive at the current location of the second user.

### Claim 7 (depends on 3)

The computer system of claim 3, wherein the service parameter is time-dependent and is based at least in part on a number of service providers within a threshold range of the user.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

The computer system of claim 1, wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, further cause the computer system to:
determine an account associated with the second user from the set of data; and
determine whether the account of the second user includes a permission setting indicating whether the second user authorizes configuring the destination location of the service request to correspond to the current location of the second user.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The computer system of claim 8, wherein the permission setting indicates at least one of a time of day, an identity of the user, or a class of the user.

### Claim 10 (depends on 1)

The computer system of claim 1, wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, further cause the computer system to:
transmit an authorization request to the mobile device of the second user to configure the destination location of the service request to the current location of the second user; and
in response to receiving authorization from the mobile device of the second user, transmit, to the mobile device of the user, a notification indicating the second user has authorized configuring the destination location of the service request to the current location of the second user.

### Claim 11

A computer-implemented method of servicing transport requests, the method being performed by one or more processors and comprising:
receiving, from a mobile device of a user, a set of data that specifies a location of a second user as a destination location, wherein the second user is associated with a contact record;
subsequent to receiving the set of data, receiving, from a mobile device of the second user, location information indicating a current location of the second user;
configuring the destination location of a service request of the user to correspond to the current location of the second user; and
transmitting, to a mobile device of a service provider assigned to fulfill the service request, a second set of data associated with the service request, the second set of data including location data corresponding to a pick-up location of the user and location data corresponding to the configured destination location.

### Claim 12 (depends on 11)

The computer-implemented method of claim 11, further comprising:
transmitting an authorization request to the mobile device of the second user, wherein configuring the destination location of the service request is in response to receiving authorization from the mobile device of the second user.

### Claim 13 (depends on 12)

The computer-implemented method of claim 12, further comprising:
based at least on the location information received from the mobile device of the second user, determining a service parameter for the service request, the service parameter being related to at least the current location of the second user.

### Claim 14 (depends on 13)

The computer-implemented method of claim 13, wherein the service parameter is determined in response to receiving authorization from the mobile device of the second user.

### Claim 15 (depends on 13)

The computer-implemented method of claim 13, wherein the service parameter is determined before receiving authorization from the mobile device of the second user.

### Claim 16 (depends on 13)

The computer-implemented method of claim 13, wherein the service parameter is time-dependent and includes an estimated duration for the service provider to arrive at the current location of the second user.

### Claim 17 (depends on 13)

The computer-implemented method of claim 13, wherein the service parameter is time-dependent and is based at least in part on a number of service providers within a threshold range of the user.

### Claim 18 (depends on 11)

The computer-implemented method of claim 11, further comprising:
determining an account associated with the second user from the set of data; and
determining whether the account of the second user includes a permission setting indicating whether the second user authorizes configuring the destination location of the service request to correspond to the current location of the second user.

### Claim 19 (depends on 18)

The computer-implemented method of claim 18, wherein the permission setting indicates at least one of a time of day, an identity of the user, or a class of the user.

### Claim 20

A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause a computer system to:
receive, from a mobile device of a user, a set of data that specifies a location of a second user as a destination location, wherein the second user is associated with a contact record;
subsequent to receiving the set of data, receive, from a mobile device of the second user, location information indicating a current location of the second user;
