One personal data file embodiment includes personal information about a subject of the personal data file, provided by a user that controls the personal data file, in at least one of a number of personal information data fields, and an image of the subject including a privacy region, where the privacy region hides a first area of the image and leaves a second area of the image visible. The hidden first area is accessible by a pass code. ## Claims ### Claim 1 A personal data file, comprising: personal information about a subject of the personal data file, provided by a user that controls the personal data file, in at least one of a number of personal information data fields; and an image of the subject including a privacy region, where the privacy region hides a first area of the image and leaves a second area of the image visible, and wherein the hidden first area is accessible by a pass code. ### Claim 2 (depends on 1) The personal data file of claim 1, where the personal information and image of the subject are associated with an enabled indicator and are accessible via the pass code, wherein the pass code includes an embedded pass code included in the personal data file. ### Claim 3 (depends on 1) The personal data file of claim 1, where the privacy region is one of blacked out and blurred, and where the privacy region hides identifying characteristics of the subject. ### Claim 4 (depends on 1) The personal data file of claim 1, where the personal data file includes at least one of text information and dental notations. ### Claim 5 (depends on 1) The personal data file of claim 1, where the personal data file includes a data file menu with one or more thumbnails of subject information items. ### Claim 6 (depends on 1) The personal data file of claim 1, where a modification to the personal data file is enabled via the pass code. ### Claim 7 (depends on 1) The personal data file of claim 1, where the personal data file is converted to a single format. ### Claim 8 A computing device readable medium having executable instructions which can be executed by a processor to cause a computing device to perform a method, comprising: creating a personal data file, controlled by a user, where creating the personal data file includes: entering personal information about a subject of the personal data file into a number of personal information data fields in a profile section; importing an image of the subject including a privacy region, where the privacy region hides a first area of the image and leaves a second area of the image visible, associating the image of the subject with an indicator, where the indicator has an enabled state and a disabled state and where the privacy region of the image is hidden when the-indicator is enabled and wherein the hidden first area of the image is accessible by a pass code. ### Claim 9 (depends on 8) The medium of claim 8, where the pass code is embedded in the personal data file. ### Claim 10 (depends on 8) The medium of claim 8, where the personal data file is modifiable via the pass code. ### Claim 11 (depends on 8) The medium of claim 8, where the method includes sharing the personal data file with the privacy region of the image hidden with a second user. ### Claim 12 (depends on 11) The medium of claim 11, where the method includes preventing modifications to the personal data file without the pass code being entered by the second user. ### Claim 13 (depends on 11) The medium of claim 11, where the pass code includes a first pass code and where the method includes allowing the second user to view the personal data file without the ability to modify the personal data file in response to a second pass code being entered. ### Claim 14 (depends on 13) The medium of claim 13, where the method includes allowing the second user to modify the personal data file in response to a third pass code being entered. ### Claim 15 (depends on 8) The medium of claim 8, where the privacy region of the image is one of blacked out and blurred, and where the privacy region of the image hides identifying characteristics of the subject. ### Claim 16 A computing device comprising: a processor a memory connected to the processor; and computer executable instructions storable in the memory and executable by the processor to perform a method including: entering personal information about a subject of the personal data file into a number of personal information data fields in a profile section of the personal data file; importing a number of images of the subject into the personal data file, where at least one of the number of images includes a privacy region, and where the privacy region hides a first area of the image and leaves a second area of the image visible; and associating one or more of the personal information data fields with a first indicator, where the user enables the first indicator to hide at least one of the number of personal information data fields; associating the number of images of the subject with a second indicator, where the user enables the second indicator to hide the first area of the at least one image and wherein the hidden first area is accessible by a pass code; and saving the personal data file, where the personal information and the number of images associated with one of the indicators are hidden. ### Claim 17 (depends on 16) The computing device of claim 16, where the number of images include before and after images of the subject and where the method includes sending the personal data file to a second computing device with the first area of the at least one image hidden. ### Claim 18 (depends on 16) The computing device of claim 16, where the pass code includes a first pass code and the method includes sending the personal data file to a second computing device, where the personal information and the number of images associated with one of the indicators are accessible by entering a second pass code. ### Claim 19 (depends on 18) The computing device of claim 18, where sending the personal data file to the second computing device can include: sending the personal data file to the second computing device associated with a second user; and receiving the personal data file from the second computing device, where the received personal data file includes at least one of a modification and a comment by the second user. ### Claim 20 (depends on 16) The computing device of claim 16, where the method includes saving the received personal data file with the at least one of the modification and the comment by the second user.
