## Abstract

A lamp for a vehicle includes an array module including a plurality of micro Light Emitting Diode (LED) chips. The array module has an emission surface that is concave in a first direction of the array module. The lamp further includes a lens system configured to change a waveform of light output from the array module, where the lens system has a positive optical power that represents a degree of convergence of the waveform through the lens system.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A lamp for a vehicle, comprising:
an array module comprising a plurality of micro Light Emitting Diode (LED) chips, the array module having an emission surface that is concave in a first direction of the array module; and
a lens system configured to change a waveform of light output from the array module, the lens system having a positive optical power that represents a degree of convergence of the waveform through the lens system.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The lamp according to claim 1, wherein a section length of the array module is configured to determine a section length of the lens system.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The lamp according to claim 1, wherein a curvature of the array module is configured to determine the positive optical power of the lens system.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The lamp according to claim 1, wherein the lens system comprises a first lens comprising at least one convex surface, the first lens having a first optical power.

### Claim 5 (depends on 4)

The lamp according to claim 4, wherein the first lens has a first surface that is concave, and a second surface that is convex, and
wherein an absolute value of an optical power of the second surface is greater than an absolute value of an optical power of the first surface.

### Claim 6 (depends on 4)

The lamp according to claim 4, wherein the lens system further comprises a second lens comprising at least one concave surface, the second lens having a second optical power.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)

The lamp according to claim 6, wherein the first optical power is greater than the second optical power.

### Claim 8 (depends on 6)

The lamp according to claim 6, wherein the lens system further comprises a third lens comprising at least one convex surface, the third lens having a third optical power.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The lamp according to claim 8, wherein the second lens is disposed between the first lens and the third lens.

### Claim 10 (depends on 8)

The lamp according to claim 8, wherein a sum of the first optical power and the third optical power is greater than an absolute value of the second optical power.

### Claim 11 (depends on 1)

The lamp according to claim 1, wherein the lens system comprises an odd number of lenses comprising at least one of convex lenses or concave lenses, and
wherein a number of the convex lenses of the lens system is greater than a number of the concave lenses of the lens system.

### Claim 12 (depends on 1)

The lamp according to claim 1, wherein the lens system comprises an even number of lenses comprising at least one of convex lenses or concave lenses, and
