## Abstract

An anchor-free system for fastening cladding panels is composed of a two-element hanger. An upper element of the hanger is connected with a bottom element of the hanger. The contact area of this connection forms a shelf. There is an opening to accommodate an adjustment bolt. The upper element of the hanger has the form of a vertical wall closed in the bottom with a horizontal or inclined shelf having openings for screws. The vertical wall of the upper element of the hanger is has a tongue located at an angle relative to the vertical wall of the upper element of the hanger. The bottom element of the hanger has the form of two vertical walls connected in the top with a horizontal or inclined shelf having openings for the screws. The vertical wall of the bottom element makes a hitch for the base profile of an installation substructure.

## Claims

### Claim 1

An anchor-free system for fastening of cladding panels, composed of an installation substructure, a metal base profile and hangers provided with an adjustment bolt, wherein it is composed of:
a two-element hanger, wherein an upper element of the hanger is connected with a bottom element of the hanger with one or more screws; and a contact area of the connection forms a shelf,
to accommodate an adjustment bolt, the upper element of the hanger has a form of a vertical wall closed in a bottom with a horizontal or inclined shelf having openings for the screws and an opening for the adjustment bolt;
the vertical wall of the upper element of the hanger is provided with at least one tongue located at an angle relative to a surface of the vertical wall of the upper element of the hanger;
the bottom element of
the hanger has a form of two vertical walls connected in a top with a horizontal or inclined shelf having openings for the screws and, for the adjustment bolt; the vertical wall of the bottom element forms a hitch for a metal base profile of the installation substructure;
the vertical wall of the bottom element of the hanger has at least one tongue, which is located at an angle relative to the surface of the vertical wall of the bottom element of the hanger; and
each cladding panel has incised installation grooves to accommodate the tongues on a in non-visible side of the panel.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The anchor-free system as claimed in claim 1,
wherein the tongues of the upper element of the hanger, and the tongues of the bottom element of the hanger, following connection of the upper element of the hanger with the bottom element of the hanger, converge towards each other at an angle facing the center of the two-element hanger or diverge at an angle, directed outside the center of the two-element hanger.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The anchor-free system as claimed in claim 1,
wherein the shelf of the upper element of the hanger being an aluminum profile with ledges on its bottom side, and the shelf of the bottom element of the hanger has a recess.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The anchor-free system as claimed in claim 1,
wherein the shelf connecting the upper element of the hanger with the bottom element of the hanger is horizontal or is inclined relative to the level line.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The anchor-free system as claimed in claim 1, wherein a length of each tongue of the two-element hanger corresponds to a width of the two-element hanger and, the tongues are placed one under another or along the width of the two-element hanger and in one row, where two or more tongues are accommodated.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The anchor-free system as claimed in claim 1,
wherein a length and width of installation grooves located on the non-visible surface of the cladding panel correspond to a length and width of the tongue of the two-element hanger.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

The anchor-free system as claimed in claim 1,
wherein the two element hangers are casts, extruded profiles or are extruded from steel plate.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

The anchor-free system as claimed in claim 1,
wherein the upper element of the hanger is connected with the bottom element of the hanger by one or more of rivets, screws, adhesive or a special tongue and inlet type of connection in a direction of ledge insertion into the bottom element of the hanger.

### Claim 9

A method of fastening an anchor-free system for fastening of cladding panels, which consists in installation of hangers on a metal base profile of the substructure, gluing hangers to invisible non-visible side or surface of a cladding panel, with at least two installation grooves directed at an angle towards the inside of the non-visible surface, where installation grooves have the shape of an elongated incision, with a length and width corresponding to a length and width of the tongue of the two-element hanger and afterwards, the tongue of the bottom element of the hanger, which is inclined at an appropriate angle relative to the groove, is inserted along the direction of depth of one of the installation groove, after which the tongue of the upper element of the hanger is inserted along the direction of depth of another installation groove, after which the upper element of
the hanger and the bottom element of the hanger are one or more of riveted, screwed or bolted together, wherein each component of the two-element hanger is attached to the non-visible surface of the cladding panel and aligned with the installation groove.

### Claim 10 (depends on 9)

The method as claimed in claim 9, wherein prior to insertion of the tongue the installation grooves of the two-element hanger are filled in with an adhesive.

### Claim 11 (depends on 9)

The method as claimed in claim 9, wherein adhesive is applied to an area of contact between the two-element hanger and the non-visible surface of the cladding panel.

### Claim 12 (depends on 9)

The method as claimed in claim 9, wherein the installation of the two-element hanger in installation grooves is made in any order.

### Claim 13 (depends on 9)

The method as claimed in claim 9, wherein each element of the two-element hanger is provided with the tongue the inclination of which corresponds to the inclination angle of the installation groove.

### Claim 14 (depends on 9)

The method as claimed in claim 9, wherein two-element hangers with the adjustment bolt are attached to the non-visible surface of the cladding panel in its top corners, wherein the adjustment bolt rests on the metal base profile.
