## Abstract

The invention relates to a method for determining the position of the cores in an injection mould, comprising the steps essentially consisting of: selecting a core Rrep in a population of cores with the least difference from the mean of the measured differences between k cores and the theoretical three-dimensional spatial model, positioning this core Rrep in space relative to at least one of the functional faces of a theoretical three-dimensional spatial model of the core, and repositioning core support points so that they can support the core Rrep in the position corresponding to its repositioning in space performed in the previous step.

b) making a three-dimensional model of each of the cores,
c) relocating each of the three-dimensional models in space relative to 1 support points T1 . . . Tq . . . Tl of the core in the mould to obtain a relocated three-dimensional spatial model of each core V1,
d) selecting the core noted Rrep the three-dimensional spatial model V1 of which has the least difference with the theoretical three-dimensional spatial model,
e) relocating the three-dimensional model of the core Rrep with the theoretical three-dimensional spatial model by taking into account at least one functional face of the theoretical model of the core in order to obtain a relocated three-dimensional spatial model V2 of the core Rrep,
f) repositioning the support points Tq so that it can support the core Rrep in the spatial position corresponding to the relocated three-dimensional spatial model V2 of the core Rrep.

### Claim 13 (depends on 12)
