The space part is provided such that the first outer stent or the second outer stent is freely moved or transformed by an external force, and a displacement part caused by the movement or a transformation part caused by the transformation further presses or moves into a lesion part or an inner surface of the lumen to be securely held thereon, whereby the stent is effectively prevented from deviating from the lesion part. ## Claims ### Claim 1 A stent having an improved anti-migration function, the stent including a cylindrical stent formed by interweaving superelastic shape memory alloy wires, the stent comprising: an outer stent including a bent part bent from an upper end thereof at a predetermined interval so as to have a diameter larger than a diameter of the cylindrical stent, and a cylindrical body part provided beneath the bent part and having the diameter larger than the diameter of the cylindrical stent by interweaving the superelastic shape memory alloy wires; and a space part defined between the cylindrical stent and the outer stent by connecting one end of the outer stent to the cylindrical stent by sutures. ### Claim 2 (depends on 1) The stent of claim 1, wherein the upper end of the outer stent is connected to an upper end of the cylindrical stent by the sutures. ### Claim 3 (depends on 1) The stent of claim 1, wherein the upper end of the outer stent is connected to a middle portion of the cylindrical stent by the sutures. ### Claim 4 (depends on 1) The stent of claim 1, wherein the cylindrical stent has a membrane part made of silicon or PTFE provided thereon so as to cover all diamond-shaped parts of an entirety of the cylindrical stent. ### Claim 5 (depends on 1) The stent of claim 1, wherein the outer stent has a membrane part made of silicon or PTFE provided thereon so as to cover all diamond-shaped parts of a predetermined portion of the outer stent. ### Claim 6 (depends on 1) The stent of claim 1, wherein the outer stent does not include a membrane part. ### Claim 7 (depends on 1) The stent of claim 1, wherein the outer stent has a membrane part made of silicon or PTFE provided thereon so as to cover all diamond-shaped parts of an entirety of the outer stent. ### Claim 8 A stent having an improved anti-migration function, the stent including a cylindrical stent formed by interweaving superelastic shape memory alloy wires, the stent comprising: a second outer stent having the same structure as a structure of a first outer stent, the second outer stent including a bent part bent from an upper end thereof at a predetermined interval so as to have a diameter larger than a diameter of the cylindrical stent and a cylindrical body part provided beneath the bent part and having the diameter larger than the diameter of the cylindrical stent by interweaving the superelastic shape memory alloy wires; and a space part defined between the cylindrical stent, the first outer stent and the second outer stent by connecting an upper end of the first outer stent and the upper end of the second outer stent to the cylindrical stent by sutures, with the first outer stent and the second outer stent being spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval. ### Claim 9 (depends on 8) The stent of claim 8, wherein the upper end of the first outer stent is connected to an upper end of the cylindrical stent by the sutures, and the second outer stent is connected to the cylindrical stent when a lower end part of the second outer stent is located at the same position as a position of a lower end part of the cylindrical stent. ### Claim 10 (depends on 8) The stent of claim 8, wherein the first outer stent is connected to the cylindrical stent, with an upper end part of the cylindrical stent exposed to an outside at an upper part of the first outer stent. ### Claim 11 (depends on 8) The stent of claim 8, wherein the second outer stent is connected to the cylindrical stent, with a lower end part of the cylindrical stent exposed to an outside at a lower part of the second outer stent. ### Claim 12 (depends on 8) The stent of claim 8, wherein the cylindrical stent has a membrane part made of silicon or PTFE provided thereon so as to cover all diamond-shaped parts of an entirety of the cylindrical stent. ### Claim 13 (depends on 8) The stent of claim 8, wherein any one of the first outer stent or the second outer stent has a membrane part made of silicon or PTFE provided thereon so as to cover all diamond-shaped parts of a predetermined portion of any one of the first outer stent or the second outer stent.
