A transmission section that transmits UL data, and a control section that controls retransmission and/or division transmission of the UL data are provided, and the control section exerts control to perform new UL data transmission before the retransmission and/or initial transmission in the division transmission without UL grant from a radio base station, and the control section controls the retransmission and/or second and subsequent transmissions in the division transmission based on a response signal from the radio base station.
