Screen assembly, mobile terminal and method for manufacturing the screen assembly

A method for manufacturing a screen assembly, comprising:

• providing a screen, wherein the screen comprises a display portion and a non-display portion surrounding the display portion, the display portion is capable of emitting light, and the non-display portion does not emit light;
• providing a cover plate and forming a masking layer on the cover plate by screen printing, wherein the masking layer has an annular configuration;
• forming a light-shielding layer on the masking layer by screen printing, wherein a preset distance exists between an inner edge of the light-shielding layer and an inner edge of the masking layer;
• and
• attaching the cover plate with the masking layer and the light-shielding layer on the screen such that the light-shielding layer is stacked on the screen, wherein a vertical projection of the masking layer on the screen covers the whole non-display portion, and the vertical projection of the masking layer on the screen covers a vertical projection of the whole light-shielding layer on the screen.

A mobile terminal with a screen assembly, the screen assembly comprising:

• a screen comprising a display portion and a non-display portion surrounding the display portion, wherein the display portion is capable of emitting light, and the non-display portion does not emit light;
• a cover plate stacked on the screen;
• a masking layer attached on a side of the cover plate close to the screen and covering;
• and
• a light-shielding layer attached on a side of the masking layer close to the screen and stacked on the non-display portion;
• wherein, a vertical projection of the masking layer on the screen covers a vertical projection of the whole light-shielding layer on the screen and covers the whole non-display portion.
