Abstract
A light emitting device including a first light emitting unit, a second light emitting unit, a heat dissipation substrate, a plurality of first bumps and a plurality of second bumps is provided. The heat dissipation substrate is disposed between the first light emitting unit and the second light emitting unit. The first bumps are connected between the first light emitting unit and the heat dissipation substrate. The second bumps are connected between the second light emitting unit and the heat dissipation substrate.
Claims10
A light emitting device, comprising:
- a first light emitting unit;
- a second light emitting unit;
- a heat dissipation substrate disposed between the first light emitting unit and the second light emitting unit;
- a plurality of first bumps connected between the first light emitting unit and the heat dissipation substrate;
- and
- a plurality of second bumps connected between the second light emitting unit and the heat dissipation substrate.
A light emitting device, comprising:
- a first light emitting unit;
- a second light emitting unit;
- a heat dissipation substrate disposed between the first light emitting unit and the second light emitting unit;
- and
- a plurality of through holes disposed in the heat dissipation substrate, wherein the first light emitting unit and the second light emitting unit are electrically connected through the through holes.
