Abstract
An imaging device is provided in which a shield wiring is arranged between signal lines of a first set out of a plurality of signal lines, and, in which signal lines of a second set out of a plurality of signal lines are adjacent to each other.
Claims24
An imaging device, comprising:
- a plurality of pixels arranged over a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns;
- and
- a plurality of signal lines extending in a first direction, each signal line of the plurality of signal lines corresponding to one of the plurality of columns and connected to pixels in respectively different rows, and
- a shield wiring extending in the first direction,
- wherein the shield wiring is arranged between the signal lines of a first set of signal lines of the plurality of signal lines, and
- wherein the signal lines of a second set of signal lines of the plurality of signal lines are adjacent to each other.
