Abstract
Various embodiments may include an insulator arrangement for a switchgear assembly comprising: an axially symmetrical insulating structure element; a first conductive annular structure arranged on an inner surface of the structure element; and a second conductive annular structure arranged on an outer surface of the structure element. The first annular structure and the second annular structure are insulated from one another by the insulating structure element.

An insulator arrangement for a switchgear assembly, the arrangement comprising:
- an axially symmetrical insulating structure element;
- a first conductive annular structure arranged on an inner surface of the structure element;
- and
- a second conductive annular structure arranged on an outer surface of the structure element;
- wherein the first annular structure and the second annular structure are insulated from one another by the insulating structure element.
A vacuum interrupter for high-voltage or medium-voltage applications, the vacuum interrupter comprising an insulator arrangement for a switchgear assembly having:
- an axially symmetrical insulating structure element;
- a first conductive annular structure arranged on an inner surface of the structure element;
- and
- a second conductive annular structure arranged on an outer surface of the structure element;
- wherein the first annular structure and the second annular structure are insulated from one another by the insulating structure element.
