Abstract
The conversion quality evaluation system may evaluate the conversion quality of digital forms digitized from paper forms. The system may attribute multiple labels and respective confidence scores to form objects in a form, and aggregate information of form objects to form a conversion index, which is a measurement of conversion quality of the form. The conversion index may comprise various characteristics of the form, including cost of correction, accessibility, content reusability, or device readiness. As such, the conversion quality evaluation system can sort digital forms based on their conversion quality and provide guidance for post-digitization activities.
Claims20
A computer-implemented method, comprising:
- identifying, by a processor, a plurality of labels with respective confidence scores for a first form object of a digitized form;
- determining, by the processor, a first measurement of conversion quality of the first form object based on the plurality of labels and respective confidence scores;
- and
- assessing, by the processor, conversion quality of the digitized form based on the first measurement of conversion quality of the first form object and at least a second measurement of conversion quality of a second form object on the digitized form.
One or more computer storage media comprising computer-implemented instructions that, when used by one or more computing devices, cause the one or more computing devices to:
- select an object label with a highest confidence score among a plurality of object labels with respective confidence scores assigned to a form object in a digitized form;
- identify a cost of correction for the form object based on a number of operations to convert the object label with the highest confidence score to at least one other object label in the plurality of object labels;
- and
- measure conversion quality of the form object based on the cost of correction for the form object.
A system, comprising:
- means for assigning a plurality of labels with respective confidence scores to a form object of a digitized form;
- means for determining a plurality of conversion quality measurements for the form object based on the plurality of labels and respective confidence scores;
- and
- means for assessing conversion quality of the digitized form based on the plurality of conversion quality measurements for the form object and respective predetermined weights associated with the plurality of conversion quality measurements.
