Abstract
Systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media are configured to determine a request corresponding to a portion of data. A placement configuration associated with the portion of data can be determined. The placement configuration can belong to a set of placement configurations. A datacenter identified by the placement configuration can be selected. Subsequently, the portion of data can be accessed at the selected datacenter.
Claims20
A computer-implemented method comprising:
- determining, by a computing system, a request corresponding to a portion of data;
- determining, by the computing system, a placement configuration associated with the portion of data, wherein the placement configuration belongs to a set of placement configurations;
- selecting, by the computing system, a datacenter identified by the placement configuration;
- and
- accessing, by the computing system, the portion of data at the selected datacenter.
A system comprising:
- at least one processor;
- and
- a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the system to perform:
- determining a request corresponding to a portion of data;
- determining a placement configuration associated with the portion of data, wherein the placement configuration belongs to a set of placement configurations;
- selecting a datacenter identified by the placement configuration;
- and
- accessing the portion of data at the selected datacenter.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium including instructions that, when executed by at least one processor of a computing system, cause the computing system to perform a method comprising:
- determining a request corresponding to a portion of data;
- determining a placement configuration associated with the portion of data, wherein the placement configuration belongs to a set of placement configurations;
- selecting a datacenter identified by the placement configuration;
- and
- accessing the portion of data at the selected datacenter.
