An aptamer that specifically binds to at least 2 subclasses of human IgG selected from the group consisting of IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4, wherein the aptamer does not bind to IgG at a pH higher than 6.5, and wherein the aptamer binds to IgG at an acidic pH below 6.5.
An aptamer capable of specifically binding to human IgG, wherein the aptamer comprises a moiety selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:16, SEQ ID NO:17, and SEQ ID NO:18, or that differs from a moiety selected from the group of SEQ ID NO:16, SEQ ID NO:17, and SEQ ID NO:
- 18 due to 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 nucleotide modifications.
