Air conditioning recharging machine for vehicle air-conditioning system

An operating method of an air conditioning recharging machine (1) designed to recharge a refrigerant fluid into/from an air-conditioning system (2) mounted on board of a motor vehicle (3);

• wherein said recharging machine (1) comprises:
• a flexible high-pressure hose (8) and a flexible low-pressure hose (9) designed to be connected to said air-conditioning system (2);
• charging means (10) designed to supply a refrigerant fluid to said air-conditioning system (2) through said flexible hoses (8)(9) to perform a recharge operation of the refrigerant fluid;
• discharging means (60) designed to discharge the refrigerant fluid from said air-conditioning system (2) through said flexible hoses (8)(9) in order to perform a recharging operation of the refrigerant fluid;
• a valve distributor body (15), which is provided with a series of inlets/outlets hydraulically connected to at least said pair of flexible hoses (8)(9), to said recharging means (10) and to said discharging means (60);
• said valve distributor body (15) being configured to selectively connect one or more inlets to one or more outlets, and comprising a monobloc (16) made of rigid material which is provided with one or more first straight inner through-ducts (20), each of which extends in the monobloc (16) so as to have the two axial ends, which are arranged on two respective first faces (16a) of said monobloc (16), opposite one another, and are each closed by a corresponding solenoid valve (19) coupled to the first face (16a) itself;
• said method comprising the step of actuating said solenoid valves (19) so as to control the opening/closing of the through-duct (20) in said monobloc (16) at said two axial ends thereof.
