Liquid ejecting apparatus and drive circuit

A drive circuit that generates a drive signal which is to be applied to a piezoelectric element of a head that ejects liquid through a nozzle with displacement of the piezoelectric element, the drive circuit comprising:

• a comparator that compares a voltage of a source drive signal which is a source of the drive signal and a voltage of a feedback signal which is a signal that results from feeding back the drive signal;
• a transistor pair that includes a high-side transistor and a low-side transistor and outputs the drive signal;
• and
• a control signal generation circuit into which an output signal of the comparator is input and which generates a first control signal that controls switching operation of the high-side transistor and a second control signal that controls switching operation of the low-side transistor,
• wherein the control signal generation circuit includes
• an OR circuit which has a first input terminal and a second input terminal, into the first input terminal and the second input terminal of which the output signal of the comparator is input, and which outputs the first control signal, and
• an AND circuit which has a third input terminal and a fourth input terminal, into the third input terminal and the fourth input terminal of which the output signal of the comparator is input, and which outputs the second control signal, and
• wherein a logical threshold of the OR circuit is lower than a logical threshold of the AND circuit.
