Abstract
A method, system and computer-usable medium for utilizing personalized audio selection to facilitate achieving a target state comprising: identifying a target state for a user; identifying a set of audio selections for the user to achieve the target state; monitoring reactions by the user to the set of audio selections to determine an assessment; and responsive to determining when the assessment is below a desired level, adjusting the set of audio selections.
Claims20
A method for utilizing personalized audio selection to facilitate achieving a target state comprising:
- identifying a target state for a user;
- identifying a set of audio selections for the user to achieve the target state;
- monitoring reactions by the user to the set of audio selections to determine an assessment;
- and
- responsive to determining when the assessment is below a desired level, adjusting the set of audio selections.
A system comprising:
- a processor;
- a data bus coupled to the processor;
- and
- a computer-usable medium embodying computer program code, the computer-usable medium being coupled to the data bus, the computer program code used for utilizing personalized audio selection to facilitate achieving a target state and comprising instructions executable by the processor and configured for:
- identifying a target state for a user;
- identifying a set of audio selections for the user to achieve the target state;
- monitoring reactions by the user to the set of audio selections to determine an assessment;
- and
- responsive to determining when the assessment is below a desired level, adjusting the set of audio selections.
A non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium embodying computer program code, the computer program code comprising computer executable instructions configured for:
- identifying a target state for a user;
- identifying a set of audio selections for the user to achieve the target state;
- monitoring reactions by the user to the set of audio selections to determine an assessment;
- and
- responsive to determining when the assessment is below a desired level, adjusting the set of audio selections.
