• a cooking system with a cooking site configured to receive a food and comprising a heating element configured to heat the food,
• a communication unit configured to exchange information with a remote terminal according to a communication protocol, the communication unit being configured to receive a cooking parameterization information item comprising a set of coefficients,
• a control and command unit of the cooking system comprising a processor configured to regulate a cooking temperature of the heating element for a cooking time according to a cooking setpoint,
• the control and command unit comprising a user interface provided with a selection command for selecting a food category from among a plurality of food categories,
• the control and command unit being configured to be arranged in a first configuration in which the cooking setpoint is dependent on the food category selected, or alternatively in a second configuration, in which the cooking setpoint is dependent on the set of coefficients received by the communication unit.
