Method for accessing inter-rat cell and related device

A method for accessing a cell, comprising:

• accessing, by a terminal, a first cell corresponding to a first radio access technology (RAT);
• receiving, by the terminal, a first message from a base station, wherein the first message instructs the terminal to access a second cell corresponding to a second RAT;
• and
• accessing, by the terminal, the second cell based on the first message.

A terminal, comprising:

• a processor;
• and
• a receiver,
• wherein:
• the processor is configured to access a first cell corresponding to a first radio access technology (RAT);
• the receiver is configured to receive a first message from a base station, wherein the first message instructs the terminal to access a second cell corresponding to a second RAT;
• and
• the processor, configured to access, the second cell based on the first message.

A system, comprising:

• a base station;
• and
• a terminal configured to:
• access a first cell corresponding to a first radio access technology (RAT);
• receive a first message from the base station, wherein the first message instructs the terminal to access a second cell corresponding to a second RAT;
• and
• access the second cell based on the first message.
