Abstract
A user equipment (UE) device may include a memory, a communication interface, and one or more processors. The one or more processors operate to identify a plurality of base stations available for connection via the communication interface and the plurality of antenna components. Virtual user equipment (UE) are connected to the two or more base stations. Data flows for the device are identified. The identified data flows are assigned to the virtual UEs based on the identified network characteristics.
Claims20
A device, comprising
- a memory;
- a communication interface;
- and
- one or more processors to:
- identify a plurality of base stations available for connection via the communication interface;
- connect with two or more of the plurality of base stations using a respective virtual user equipment (UE);
- identify a plurality of data flows associated with data transmitted or received via the communication interface;
- and
- assign the identified plurality of data flows to the respective virtual UEs.
A computer-readable memory device for storing one or more instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to:
- identify a plurality of base stations available for connection to a device;
- connect with two or more of the plurality of base stations using a respective virtual user equipment (UE);
- identify data flows associated with data transmitted or received by the device;
- and
- assign the identified data flows to the respective virtual UEs.
A method, comprising:
- identifying, by a user equipment (UE) device, a plurality of base stations available for connection to the UE device;
- connecting with two or more of the plurality of base stations using a respective virtual user equipment (UE);
- identifying data flows associated with data transmitted or received by the device;
- and
- assigning the identified data flows to the respective virtual UEs.
