Method and system for facilitating provisioning of holographic content

A wearable display device configured to facilitate provisioning of holographic content in cooperation with at least one computing device, the wearable display device comprising:

• at least one sensor configured to detect sensor data corresponding to at least one of a location and an orientation of the wearable display device;
• a communication interface configured to:
• transmit the sensor data to the at least one computing device;
• receive holographic projection content from the at least one computing device, wherein the holographic projection content is generated by the at least one computing device based on the sensor data and a geo-location, wherein the at least one computing device comprises a geo-location sensor configured for detecting the geo-location;
• and
• receive audio content associated with the holographic projection content from the at least one computing device;
• a processor communicatively coupled to the communication interface, wherein the processor is configured to process the holographic projection content;
• a display device communicatively coupled to the processor, wherein the display device is configured to generate a visual display of the holographic projection content;
• and
• at least one sound producing device configured for generating sound based on the audio content, wherein the at least one sound producing device is communicatively coupled to the processor.
