Abstract
An electronic device includes a display, a payment module transmitting data associated with a payment transaction to an external device wirelessly, a processor electrically connected to the display and the payment module, and a memory electrically connected to the processor. The memory stores instructions that cause the processor to initiate transmission of payment data to the external device, in response to a predetermined event and to output an optically recognizable image including specified information to the display.

An electronic device comprising:
- a display;
- a payment module configured to transmit data associated with a payment transaction to an external device wirelessly;
- a processor electrically connected to the display and the payment module;
- and
- a memory electrically connected to the processor,
- wherein the memory stores instructions that cause the processor to:
- initiate transmission of payment data to the external device, in response to a predetermined event;
- and
- output an optically recognizable image including specified information to the display.
A payment method of an electronic device, the method comprising:
- initiating a wireless transmission of payment data to an external device, in response to a predetermined event;
- and
- outputting an optically recognizable image including specified information to a display.
