• displaying a generic series of listings as part of a portable web module;
• including a control bar as a component of the portable web module;
• receiving a portable web module control instruction for manipulating the content displayed within the portable web module;
• changing the displayed content within the portable web module independent from content associated with a host application;
• and
• transmitting data associated with the registered system user to an entity designated within the displayed content.

A system to facilitate data submission comprising:

• a memory;
• a processor disposed in communication with said memory, and configured to issue a plurality of processing instructions stored in the memory, wherein the instructions issue signals to:
• register user identifying information;
• browse generic data posts;
• select a generic data post;
• invoke a data transmission tool;
• select a user data transmission procedure;
• and
• forward the user application data for responding to the generic data post.

A system to facilitate data submission comprising:

• a memory;
• a processor disposed in communication with said memory, and configured to issue a plurality of processing instructions stored in the memory, wherein the instructions issue signals to:
• identify a registered system user;
• display a generic series of listings as part of a portable web module;
• include a control bar as a component of the portable web module;
• receive a portable web module control instruction for manipulating the content displayed within the portable web module;
• change the displayed content within the portable web module independent from content associated with a host application;
• and
• transmit data associated with the registered system user to an entity designated within the displayed content.
