A liquid crystal display device including a liquid crystal layer interposed between a thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate and a color filter array substrate, the liquid crystal display device comprising:
- barrier ribs positioned within the liquid crystal layer and supporting the TFT array substrate and the color filter array substrate,
- wherein the barrier ribs comprise cured acrylic monomers including an acrylic monomer group (A) including a cyclic ring and an acrylic monomer group (B) including a cyclohexanol.
