• an Upper Receiver of known art (16) disposed to house and connect to a barrel (14);
• a set of External supports (10) and (61), attachable to said upper receiver, and to said barrel, to provide ground and structural support to;
• An External Array of Mechanisms configured to perform An External Manually Slide Forward and Rearward Action of said rifle;
• said array of mechanisms comprising:
• An Internal Sliding Action Subassembly, as depicted by reference in FIG. 7, FIG. 7A;
• An External Sliding Action Subassembly, as depicted by reference in FIG. 10, FIG. 11, FIG. 11A, FIG. 15;
• and A Complete Sliding Action Train which is the union of the latter two mentioned Subassemblies, as depicted by reference in FIG. 12, FIG. 12 A, FIG. 13, FIG. 17, and wherein, said arrays work in cooperation with said Upper Receiver (16), said Upper Receiver having;
• a Barrel Housing Bore disposed to receive said barrel (14) having;
• a longitudinal bore with;
• a longitudinal Axis of the barrel (14B), said barrel affixed to the upper receiver of known art by means of;
• a barrel nut (12) of known art;
• said upper receiver having;
• a Frontal passage Orifice (16A), and wherein, said Upper Receiver is configured to house within and provide mobile ground to;
• an internally displacing Bolt Carrier Group (13) with Bolt (13B), and to;
• a Bolt Carrier Bar Coupler (13A), wherein said Bolt Carrier (13) is disposed to move linearly along said longitudinal axis of the barrel (14B), alternating between;
• a most frontal position, when said Bolt (13B) is in battery;
• and a most rearwards position, when the Bolt Front is behind the rear of the magazine, and wherein, said Bolt Carrier (13) is permanently coupled by affixing means (13D) to;
• a Bolt Carrier Bar Coupler (13A) which is permanently jointed by proper means or welding to;
• a Push-Pull Rod actuator (80) conforming a unitary part, and wherein, the Push-Pull Rod Actuator has;
• a longitudinal axis of alignment and motion (68) parallel to said longitudinal axis of the barrel (14B), and wherein, a Rod Actuator Front End (80A) extends and moves to the exterior of said upper receiver by passing through said Frontal passage orifice (16A), and wherein, said Push-Pull Rod Actuator has;
• an Through Orifice (80E) of known art, near to said front end (80A) to couple with;
• a linearly displacing Rod Driver (31) in a manner in which said Rod is positively captured by means of a Clamp and Pin Dual Securing Technique disposed within said driver, capturing in an fast exteriorly locked assambleable and disassambleable manner, said Clamp and Pinning Action, and wherein, said Internal Sliding Action Subassembly, as depicted by reference in FIG. 7A, slides linearly only through;
• An External Structural Supporting Tube (70), totally constrained by;
• an External Tube and Structure Support Adapting Ring Plate (10) coupling preferably with the Barrel Nut (12), affixed to the upper receiver, and by;
• a One Piece Support Block (61), externally attachable to the barrel, and wherein, said Driver has;
• an External Lateral Plate Projection Sector (31A) which connects laterally in an assembleable and disassembleable manner;
• to The External Sliding Action Subassembly, by means of External Connecting Post (97), as depicted by reference in FIG. 11A, FIG. 16A, and wherein, the External Sliding Action Subassembly, comprises:
• an Exterior Movable Forend (95), as depicted by reference in FIG. 8A, FIG. 9, FIG. 10, FIG. 11, FIG. 11A, FIG. 12, FIG. 12A, FIG. 13, FIG. 15, FIG. 16, FIG. 16A, which serves as ground, abutting and housing to;
• an External to the Upper Receiver Lock Action Locking Lever Arm Subassembly (96), as depicted by reference in FIG. (11B), and subsequent figures, and wherein, said External Locking Lever Arm (96) comprises:
• a Pivot Pin Hole (96A), to receive a Pivot Pin. (96C) to pivotly rotate about said pin hole 96A, and wherein, said Pivot Pin remains Imprisoned in a Entrapping Technique between a set of external channel guides (94 A) of A Stationary Structural Hand Guard (94) having A Multifunctional Sectional Shape embossing in its surfaces a set of Channel Guides of the Mobile Forend (95 B), as depicted by reference in FIG. 8, FIG. 10 and FIG. 10 A, showing a sectional view of how the Pin (96C) is trapped, while it travels linearly encapsulated in a Two Holes (95 C) nodes within the external sliding Mobile Forend (95) between the most forward position and, the most rearward position, and wherein said Exterior Movable Forend (95) slides linearly along a totally constrained Channel Guides (95 A) preferably embossed in its surface of at least one of said guides (94 A), as depicted by reference in FIG. 8, FIG. 8A, FIG. 9, FIG. 10, FIG. 10A, FIG. 15, FIG. FIG. 16, FIG. 16A. FIG. 17, which are slidingly contacted by A Corresponding set of Mobile Channel Guides (95 A) of the Exterior Mobile Forend (95), as depicted in the previous figures, and wherein said Stationary Channel Guides have at least A congruent Stationery Window Cut (94B), as depicted by reference in the previous Figures, which coincide simultaneously with the at least an external sliding window cut (95B) of the Exterior Movable Forend (95), when the External Locking Mechanism Assembly is in the Most Forward Position, as depicted by reference in FIG. 11, FIG. 11A, FIG. 17, and consistently, A sprung biased Lug (96F) is facing the Window (94B) and is prone to intrude into the Window Cut (95 A), and into said congruent Stationary Window Cut (94B) to execute the External To The Receiver Locking Action Happening by the simultaneous transverse interfering insertion of said Lug (96F) across the two sliding coincident windows, (94A), and (95A), when the Bolt (13B) is in the Most Forward Position, stopping the Sliding Motion of the Complete Sliding Action Train, and maintaining said receiver in Battery, up until an External Locking Release Action takes place upon the pushing of a finger of the supporting hand of the Shooter against an External Lock Action Release Button (96E), and wherein, the Locking Lever Actuator (96) is installed in the very exterior of the Exterior Movable Forend (95), thus achieving the main objective of this patent, and wherein, the Array of Mechanisms advantageously uses A technique to avoid the Bending and Buckling of the Rod Actuator by affixing A number of cylindrical rings (81C) to the Push-Pull Rod Actuator (80) to scarcely contact and glide softly along the abutting Tube Bore or Internal Wall of Tube (70E) to jointly perform an action to avoid the Bending and Buckling of said rod when axially loaded with a big axial load.

• The External Sliding Handguard or the Mobile Forend (95) of claim 4 is configured in a larger scaled up aspect proportion to exteriorly Fit the external contour of the sectional shape of (94), and slide along said External Stationary Structural Handguard, and wherein, the Mobile Forend (95) provides ground for the Manual grabbing of the Shooter's Hand to receive the alternating input Motion and Force, parallel to the barrel, necessary to cycle the ergonomically designed rifle, and wherein, its proportion is of the similar shape open polygonal concave corrugated sectional shape, to fit externally slidingly movable in the Exterior of said Structural Grounded Stationary Hand Guard (94), as depicted by reference in FIG. 8, FIG. 8A, FIG. 9, FIG. 10 and subsequent related for. example, and wherein, the Forend has stamped embossed in its exterior surface at least a set of stationary Channel Guide (95 A);
• and at least one Mobile Through Cut Window (95B) in said channel guide, which is a necessary feature for the Locking Action Happening, and wherein, said channel guide is configured to slide along the channel guide (94A) of the stationary handguard (94), and wherein, the External Sliding Handguard (95) is configured to have a linear non rotational motion, alternating between a most forward position and a most rearward position only, at the sole impulse of an external shooter's hand force, and wherein, said mobile Handguard or Mobile Forend (95) serves as ground and stationary support and housing to;
