Abstract
A movable core includes an iron core formed into a plate having a substantially rectangular section, and a valve support portion continuous with the iron core. The valve support portion includes a pair of support arms. The pair of support arms are arranged side by side in a width direction of the movable core to be parallel to each other and seamlessly integrated with the iron core. A surface of the movable core on one side in a thickness direction and a surface of the movable core on the other side are single flat surfaces parallel to each other and extending continuously from the iron core to the pair of support arms. A valve disk is supported between the pair of support arms.
Claims10
A solenoid valve, comprising:
- a movable core having a first end, on one side in an axial direction, and a second end, on the other side in the axial direction, the movable core shifting in the axial direction in response to an excitation effect of a solenoid;
- a valve body including a plurality of ports, into or out of which a pressurized fluid flows, and a valve chest with which the ports communicate;
- and
- a valve disk accommodated in the valve chest, the valve disk moving toward and away from a valve seat in the valve chest in response to the movable core shifting in the axial direction to change connection states between the ports,
- wherein the movable core includes an iron core disposed closer to the first end and formed into a plate having a substantially rectangular section, and a valve support portion disposed closer to the second end and continuous with the iron core,
- wherein the valve support portion includes a pair of support arms, and the pair of support arms are arranged side by side in a width direction of the movable core to be parallel to each other and seamlessly integrated with the iron core,
- wherein both surfaces of the movable core facing in a thickness direction are single flat surfaces parallel to each other and extending continuously from the iron core to the pair of support arms, and
- wherein the valve disk is supported between the pair of support arms.
