Abstract
A drive transmitting device includes a first gear; a second gear in engagement with the first gear; wherein a first tooth which is at least one of teeth of the first gear has a tooth surface contacting a tooth of the second gear, wherein the tooth surface has such a shape that a contact point of the first tooth of the first gear to the tooth of the second gear is in a region of a first gear side with respect to a line of action which is formed by movement of a contact point between a tooth of the second gear and a second tooth of the first gear immediately before the first tooth with respect to a rotational moving direction of the first gear.
Claims20
A drive transmitting device comprising:
- a first gear;
- a second gear in engagement with said first gear;
- wherein a first tooth which is at least one of teeth of said first gear has a tooth surface contacting a tooth of said second gear,
- wherein said tooth surface has such a shape that a contact point of said first tooth of said first gear to the tooth of said second gear is in a region of a first gear side with respect to a line of action which is formed by movement of a contact point between a tooth of said second gear and a second tooth of said first gear immediately before the first tooth with respect to a rotational moving direction of said first gear.
A drive transmitting device comprising:
- a first gear;
- a second gear in engagement with said first gear;
- wherein a tooth which is at least one of teeth of said first gear has a tooth surface contacting a tooth of said second gear, and the tooth surface has such a shape as to start speed reduction of said second gear at early timing.
A drive transmitting device comprising:
- a first gear;
- a second gear in engagement with said first gear;
- wherein a first tooth which is at least one of teeth of said first gear has a tooth surface contacting a tooth of said second gear,
- wherein said tooth surface has such a shape that a contact point of said first tooth of said first gear to the tooth of said second gear is in a region of a first gear side with respect to a common interior tangent line between a basic circle of said first gear and a basic circle of said second gear, wherein the common interior tangent line extends from a upstream side of said first gear to a downstream side of said second gear with respect to moving directions of the teeth of the first and second gears.
A drive transmitting device comprising:
- a first gear;
- a second gear in engagement with said first gear;
- wherein a first tooth which is at least one of teeth of said first gear has a tooth surface contacting a tooth of said second gear,
- wherein said tooth surface has such a shape that a contact point at the time of start of contact of said first tooth of said first gear to the tooth of said second gear is in a region of a first gear side with respect to a common interior tangent line between a basic circle of said first gear and a basic circle of said second gear, wherein the common interior tangent line extends from a upstream side of said first gear to a downstream side of said second gear with respect to moving directions of the teeth of the first and second gears.
A drive transmitting device comprising:
- a first gear rotatable by receiving a driving force;
- a second gear in engagement with said first gear to apply a driving force to said first gear,
- wherein there are provided two or more lines of action formed by movement of contact points between teeth of said first gear and said second gear,
- wherein a first one of the lines is the line of action when said second gear is rotated at a constant speed, and
- wherein a second one of the lines is the line of action extends more toward second gear with respect to a direction of the movement of the contact point than the first line of action.
A drive transmitting device comprising:
- a first gear rotatable by receiving a driving force;
- a second gear in engagement with said first gear to apply a driving force to said first gear,
- wherein at least one of teeth of said first gear has such a state as to reduce the speed of said first gear.
