A swivel arrangement 3 forms an axis around a central axis of the rotatable hub, wherein the swivel arrangement comprises a rotatable part connecting to the rotatable hub and a stationary part connecting to the stationary stand, and wherein the swivel arrangement forms a passage for fluid.
