Report of serving network, time zone, and uci

A first network function for handling information in a communications network, wherein the first network function is configured to be associated with a wireless device being served by a serving network, the first network function comprising:

• a transmitter;
• a receiver;
• a memory;
• and
• a processor coupled to the transmitter, receiver and the memory, wherein the first network function is configured to:
• obtain information pertaining to a wireless device, wherein the information pertaining to the wireless device comprises:
• 1) a serving network identifier identifying a serving network currently serving the wireless device, 2) a time zone identifier identifying a time zone in which the wireless device is located, and/or 3) a group identifier identifying a group in which the wireless device is included;
• obtain an indicator indicating that the information pertaining to the wireless device has not been transmitted to a second network function associated with the first network function;
• and
• as a result of obtaining the information indicating that the information pertaining to the wireless device has not been transmitted to the second network function, transmit to the second network function the information pertaining to the wireless device, thereby enabling the second network function to forward this information to a third network function.
