Oled display device and manufacturing method thereof

A manufacturing method of an OLED display device, comprising:

• a first step of forming lower electrodes of subpixels on a substrate;
• a second step of forming, on the substrate having the lower electrodes formed thereon, a pixel defining layer having openings from which the respective lower electrodes are exposed;
• a third step of forming a first lower carrier supply layer over a first lower electrode of a first color subpixel and the pixel defining layer, the first lower carrier supply layer making contact with the first lower electrode and covering the first lower electrode completely in the opening, the first lower carrier supply layer having an edge located on a top surface of the pixel defining layer that surrounds the first lower electrode;
• a fourth step of forming a second lower carrier supply layer over a second lower electrode of a second color subpixel and the pixel defining layer, the second lower carrier supply layer making contact with the second lower electrode and covering the second lower electrode completely in the opening, the second lower carrier supply layer having an edge located on a top surface of the pixel defining layer that surrounds the second lower electrode;
• a fifth step of forming a third lower carrier supply layer over a third lower electrode of a third color subpixel and the pixel defining layer, the third lower carrier supply layer making contact with the third lower electrode and covering the third lower electrode completely in the opening, the third lower carrier supply layer having an edge located on a top surface of the pixel defining layer that surrounds the third lower electrode;
• a sixth step of forming a first organic light-emitting layer for the first color subpixel, the first organic light-emitting layer making contact with the first lower carrier supply layer and covering the first lower carrier supply layer completely including the edge of the first lower carrier supply layer;
• a seventh step of forming a second organic light-emitting layer for the second color subpixel, the second organic light-emitting layer making contact with the second lower carrier supply layer and covering the second lower carrier supply layer completely including the edge of the second lower carrier supply layer;
• and
• an eighth step of forming a third organic light-emitting layer for the third color subpixel, the third organic light-emitting layer making contact with the third lower carrier supply layer and covering the third lower carrier supply layer completely including the edge of the third lower carrier supply layer.
